Propel Plugin and decorators to supplement Sequelize usage with @capsule-cat/propel-server.

To install the package, run the following command:

npm install --save @capsule-cat/propel-sequelize

This will install the package as a dependency.

There is no Propel Plugin for this package. Instead, the decorators can be used to supplement Sequelize usage with @capsule-cat/propel-server.
